We offer rent-geared-to-income housing, including a wheelchair-accessible unit, for adults with a psychiatric disability who can live independently. Communal meals and activities are available, but please note our three-story walk-up building lacks an elevator. Coin laundry facilities are on the lower level, and parking is limited. Additionally, we have another complex at Elaine Lucas Place, serving single adults and couples with modest income, featuring two wheelchair-accessible units, an elevator, on-site coin laundry, and subsidized rents (utilities not included).
