East London United Church Outreach

ELUCO is dedicated to supporting and advocating for those who foster community amidst challenging circumstances, particularly in east London. They employ a community outreach worker to assist people in need, promoting self-reliance and independence. In 1984, several churches, including Richards Memorial, Rowntree, Gethsemane, Trinity United, Siloam, and First-St. Andrew's, united to address poverty in East London, forming the East London United Church Outreach Cluster.
