Bereaved Families of Ontario - Southwest Region

Bereaved Families of Ontario Southwest Region (BFO-SW) is a non-profit, mutual aid organization that started in 1984 to help support families who experienced the death of a child. Our goal is to provide a safe place where you can talk about your loss, share your story, and express your grief. Some individuals and families contact us in the days or weeks following a loss, but it is also normal to do so months, or years after the loss. Peer support is a priority in our services – an opportunity for you to meet others who are currently experiencing or have experienced a significant loss similar to yours.
