Position description:

Role: Engaged Seminars Coordinator

Description: Organize summer Waves, our flagship service: diverse, live workshops and seminars that help students continue learning during the summer and discover new passions. Work with instructors, students, and parents to create a fun and fulfilling experience.

Responsibilities: Design and review instructor applications, conduct instructor interviews, work closely with instructors to review course material, moderate courses for student safety, collect and analyze student feedback, etc.

Eligibility: Junior in high school or above. College students, grad students, and beyond are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills, organized, detail-oriented. Check out our past waves to get an understanding of what courses look like!

Nice to have: Experience working with students (teaching or tutoring). Leadership experience. Experience coordinating clubs, events, or conferences.

Time commitment: 6-8 hours/week

Role: Curricular Support Coordinator

Description: Organize our 24/7 tutoring program to support all students in achieving academic excellence. Work with students and mentors to create the optimal learning environment.

Responsibilities: Design and review tutor applications, conduct tutor interviews, onboard and support tutors throughout the school year, collect and analyze student feedback, design program improvements, etc.

Eligibility: Junior in high school or above. College students, grad students, and beyond are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills, organized, detail-oriented.

Nice to have: Experience working with students (teaching or tutoring). Leadership experience.

Time commitment: 5-7 hours/week

Role: Special Events Coordinator

Description: Work with speakers and external organizations to put on special events.

Responsibilities: Source and collaborate with potential speakers to prepare them for the event, etc.

Eligibility: Junior in high school or above. Excellent communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, diligent.

Nice to have: Experience organizing events, experience with logistics management, emailing skills.

Time commitment: 3-5 hours/week
