Position description:
- Each year, Providence Care partners with community members who give their time and skills to support patients, clients and residents in a variety of ways.

Volunteer requirements
The following requirements must be met:
- Submit a medical clearance form (includes tuberculosis testing and up-to-date immunization records)
- Provide letters of reference (upon request)
- Attend an interview
- Complete a Criminal Reference Check Form online with the vulnerable sector portion completed or visit your local police station.
- Attend an orientation session
