Position description:
Role: Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator
Description: Engage schools, educators, and organizations within areas of interest to expand our reach to new communities and build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities: Source and communicate with a wide variety of schools, educational organizations, and public institutions to develop partnerships and students hear about our support and resources. Design new ways to engage outreach. Projects can be designed to support a specific interest area (e.g. arts organizations) or region.
Eligibility: Sophomore in high school or above. Excellent communication skills, organized, diligent.
Nice to have: Experience volunteering with nonprofits, serving on school boards, or participating in outreach and activism efforts.
Time commitment: 4-6 hours/week
Role: Fundraising Analyst
Description: Brainstorm and organize creative fundraising initiatives to support our operations. Source and apply to grants and competitions. Gain a deep knowledge of Wave’s history, mission, and goals in order to effectively communicate to potential funders. Help manage finances.
Eligibility: Freshman in college or above. Excellent writing and editing skills.
Nice to have: Fundraising or business experience, experience writing grants and competition applications.
Time commitment: 5-7 hours/week

Role: Sponsorships Coordinator
Description: Source and contact potential sponsors and donors to support our operations. Assist with the creation of materials like pitch decks and sponsorship packages. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with sponsors.
Eligibility: Freshman in college or above. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Highly motivated, creative thinkers encouraged to apply.
Nice to have: Business and pitching interest/experience.
Time commitment: 5-7 hours/week
